HOW DO I BUY AN ORIGINAL? I create paintings, both large and small, and release them regularly.  Throughout the year I will release new originals in a collection with unique themes. These will be advertised beforehand to my collectors list and also via social media. Subscribers will have exclusive early access to these new collections. New paintings not part of a collection will be available online or at the various art shows and gallery shows that I participate in.

CAN I COMMISSION A PAINTING? I do take several commissions throughout the year. Please email me for details.

PRINT QUALITY & DETAILS: All reproductions in my shop are archival giclee reproductions. They are created using quality archival inks either on paper (ready to matted and framed) or canvas. Most of my giclee reproductions are printed to order by a local printing house and take 1-3 weeks to arrive back in my studio, when I will ship to you ASAP.

FRAMING: I encourage framing all of your prints and originals. They look beautiful framed!  Framing your print with a mat will make it look even more elegant. However, originals on stretched canvas don’t need framing if you don’t want to - the edges are finished in a solid colour and can be hung as is.

CURRENCY: All pricing is in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes will be added at checkout if applicable.

SHIPPING FEES: All shipping is from Canada.  Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.  Shipping fees are pre-calculated for Canada and U.S. All other countries will need to contact me directly through email to arrange shipping fees. … INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please contact me for a shipping quote. International packages are a bit outside of my control. Border fees, duties and handling fees may be charged by other countries. Tracking is also quite unreliable with international shipments. That being said, I have had great success overall with no issues!

RETURNS: Your satisfaction is important to me. Every order, commission and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase! There is a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. The artwork must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged. Return shipping is at your cost and you must insure artwork for return. Refund is based on the original form of payment.

SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR DOESN’T ARRIVE: I ship all items with insurance (for loss) and a tracking number. If the shipment is lost in transit, I will be refunded that cost and then I will pass that refund on to you. However, if it was delivered but it never made it to you (perhaps stolen at your doorstep), it will not be refunded. And if it arrived damaged, it will not be refunded. Both of these scenarios are not insurable and are beyond my control.

WHO ACTUALLY OWNS THE PAINTING? I retain all rights to all artwork I create.  This includes the rights to the image of sold original paintings. I retain the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK I CREATE UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED THE FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (this is in addition to purchasing the original).  

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit.
